GML Carpentry is owned and operated by Gregg M. Lee with offices in Spearfish, South Dakota and Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Gregg Lee has over 30 years of experience in carpentry. He is extremely proficient in all areas of construction but specializes in old home/building restoration and remodel. Fully licensed and bonded as well as being a member of the Remodeling Council of Sioux Falls and the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire. In addition, Mr. Lee is a certified home inspector.
